    This course takes you through a series of cases, discussions and lectures that will equip you with the conceptual models, the analytical tools and the psychological mindset to think & act strategically.

    The emphasis is on enhancing your capabilities on 4 dimensions: 

    • Asking the right questions
    • Customizing models & frameworks to test hypotheses
    • Interpreting the evidence 
    • Creating scenarios and developing action plans 
  • Prerequisites
    Business 33001: strict. Cannot enroll in BUSN 42001 if BUSN 20900 taken previously.
    Restrictions
    • Strict Prerequisite

  • Materials
    Required reading includes cases and articles.
  • Grades
    Course grades are based on case write-ups (groups), final exam, personal report (individual) and a company report (groups). Cannot be taken pass/fail.
