    Culture influences the way people think, how people relate to others, and how they do business. This class covers the basics (such as how cultures differ and why), but also exciting recent discoveries (such as why modernization is actually pushing cultures farther apart rather than erasing cultural differences). With the tools, cases, and fieldwork of this class, you will be able to better navigate life abroad, negotiate better, and build the culture of the teams you lead.

    This course will use readings, cases, videos, and podcasts.

    Grades will be calculated based on a midterm, final, weekly assignments, and attendance.
