Corporate Finance III (34906)

This course covers recent research on the role of financial intermediaries in the economy, macro-financial policies, as well as research on financial development and regulation of the financial system.   Related topics include the links between financial intermediaries, central banks, regulators, financial markets and corporate finance.  The course will cover both empirical and theoretical work.
