The Legal Infrastructure of Business (42201)

The point of this course is to introduce students to the legal system and legal reasoning with an emphasis on the way that law shapes the strategic environment for businesses. Said differently, this course is about the intersection of law and business strategy. There is no textbook for the course and I will post the readings in chunks throughout the quarter. You will be able to download the readings at the course website.
